Diesen Thread muss ich wohl verpasst haben, denn ich bin schon seit Wochen in wilder Hatz auf der Suche nach neuen Serien, die die leeren Plätze, die Everwood letztes Jahr und O.C. und GG dieses Jahr hinterlassen (haben) zu füllen. ) und weil ich die Bücher gelesen habe und auch nicht schlecht finde. Hab schon an einigen Stellen gelesen, der Pilot soll schlecht sein, also das Skript. Aber naja, auf sowas kann man auch nicht viel geben. Außerdem wird wohl einiges bezüglich der Bücher geändert, was einigen Fans der Buchserie bereits jetzt nicht schmeckt, aber ist ja klar, dass man nicht alles komplett wie im Buch machen kann. Dann braucht man ja keine Serie daraus zu machen 
Deshalb gehe ich erstmal positiv an die Sache heran und warte auf den schlussendlichen Piloten, für den es ja momentan sehr gut auszusehen scheint... (James Van der Beek) und Lindsay aus Gilmore Girls (Arielle Kebbel) und Gabrielle Union, aber vorwiegend eigentlich auf Grund des Wortes "Football" im Titel 
und natürlich dass ich die Bücher kenne und mag.Darauf freue ich mich auch schon sehr. Stimmt, das hatte ich auch ganz vergessen. Das hoffe ich doch mal stark, dass das aufgenommen wird. Kann's kaum noch abwarten und das, obwohl ich in diesem Jahr bei nur einer Serie auf Verlängerung hoffe. Aber einige Pilotprojekte liegen mir doch einigermaßen am Herzen bzw. interessieren mich sehr. Kann mir kaum noch vorstellen, dass ich vor zwei Jahren nicht mal wusste, was die Upfronts sind Andererseits würde ich es ihm wünschen, dass er mal was anderes machen kann als Teendrama. "Gossip Girl" kann sicher auch so gut werden, wenn sie sich anständige Autoren suchen... Stephanie Savage ist doch dann sicher bei GG am Werk, die find ich eigentlich auch recht gut. Bin ja mal gespannt. Bei "Chuck" ist es noch relativ unsicher, wohingegen "Gossip Girl" schon als praktisch aufgenommen gilt, was sicher auch an den wenigen Auswahlmöglichkeiten des Senders liegt bzw. daran, dass er einiges Neues braucht... "JOURNEYMAN"-- From Emmy Award-winning writer-producer Kevin Falls ("The West Wing") and Emmy Award-winning director-producer Alex Graves ("The West Wing"), "Journeyman" is a romantic mystery-drama about Dan Vasser (Kevin McKidd, "Rome"), a San Francisco newspaper reporter and family man who inexplicably begins to travel through time and change people's lives. Along the way, he also must deal with the difficulties and strife at work and home brought on by his sudden disappearances. However, his freewheeling travels through the decades reunite him with his long-lost fiance Livia (Moon Bloodgood, "Day Break") -- which complicates his present-day life with wife Katie (Gretchen Egolf, "Martial Law") and their son. Reed Diamond ("Homicide: Life on the Street") and Charles Henry Wyson ("The Curious Case of Benjamin Button") also star. "Journeyman" is a production of 20th Century Fox Television. Falls is executive producer and writer; Graves is executive producer and director of the pilot.
"CHUCK" - From executive producer, Josh Schwartz ("The O.C.") and executive producer-director McG ("Charlie's Angels," "We Are Marshall") comes a one-hour, comedic spy thriller about Chuck Bartowski (Zachary Levi, "Less Than Perfect") - a computer geek who is catapulted into a new career as the government's most vital secret agent. When Chuck opens an e-mail subliminally encoded with government secrets, he unwittingly downloads an entire server of sensitive data into his brain. Now, the fate of the world lies in the unlikely hands of a guy who works at Buy More. Instead of fighting computer viruses, he must fight assassins and international terrorists. Roy (Joel McHale, "The Soup") and Moss (Richard Ayoade, "The IT Crowd" -- U.K.) are the misunderstood masters of their high-tech domain, but they lack the people skills to befriend anyone but each other. Pushing. Daisies.
I've said it before, and, now that I've actually seen the complete pilot, I'm saying it again with added vigor: This is the show. The one everyone will be talking about. The one we'll be obsessing over. The one with the potential to replace Gilmore Girls as Ask Ausiello's favorite child.
I can't wait for you guys to see it. It kills me that you have to wait until September. I'm tempted to stream the thing online myself, but then I'd be arrested and lose my job and that would suck for everyone.
For now, you'll just have to take my word for it. The 2007-08 TV season will be all about them Daisies.

Alles Serien, in die ich definitiv reinschauen will. Aber auch "Sam I Am" und "Bigshots" (vorher unter diversen anderen Titeln unterwegs, u.a. "Bedrooms & Boardrooms") wird als "Desperate Housewives" mit Männern gehandelt. Beides hört sich für mich interessant an. Aber ABC scheint sowieso in den letzten Jahren die besten neuen Serien zu entdecken... Freu mich schon. Schade, dass wir noch so lange warten müssen...
Aber bei "Brothers & Sisters" hat es auch einen Moment gedauert, bis ich die Serie wirklich in mein Herz schließen konnte.. , die Previews fand ich ganz okay, aber ein Trailer wär mir lieber gewesen) ) Was dann noch übrig bleibt, davon wird die Hälfte die erste Staffel nicht überleben und dann kann ich hoffentlich noch 2, 3 neue Serien in die nächste Saison mit hinüberretten. Ihr seht also, ich hab alles schon genau geplant 
Großartig, wie kann ein Sender schon nach einem Jahr so tief sinken.Ja, sofern "Gossip Girl" (sozusagen das neue GG) nicht wirklich gut ist, werde ich CW von meinem Sendeplan streichen müssen. CWs neuer Sendeplan ist der Hammer, "Beauty and the Geek" auf dem alten GG-Sendeplatz, dazu "Bauer sucht Frau" und irgendein besch*** Schönheitswettbewerbs-Mist sowie zig andere Reality-Sendungen.
