Leighton gefällt mir super,als Schauspielerin und auch als Sängerin.
Ich mag ihre Stimmer sooo.. und das Lied "Good Girls Go Bad" ist ein eecchter

Ich muss ehrlich gestehen, dass ich sowas von gar nichts von ihrer Musik-Karriere mitbekommen hab. ^^" Umso überraschter war ich auch, als ich hörte, dass sie da den Song mit Cobra Starship laufen hat. Respekt. Sie hat wirklich eine gute Stimme. Erinnert mich ein bisschen an die von Fergie von BEP.

Blair ist zusammen mit Chuck mein Lieblingscharakter der Serie. Ihre Art ist einfach einzigartig. Blair ist witzig, manipulativ, intrigant und doch irgendwie liebenswürdig. Und dazu noch wunderschön, ich kann mir keine bessere Mischung für einen gelungenen Charakter vorstellen (siehe Chuck Bass)
Und ihr Style ist echt zum Niederknien.

Leighton mag ich auch gerne. Sie ist eine sehr gute Schauspielerin. Nicht viele haben das Zeug, so eine Rolle wie Blairs so überzeugend und glaubwürdig zu spielen, wie sie es tut, denke ich.

Leighton Meester Suits Up for Gotham Film Awards


Leighton Meester puts her own spin on menswear as she arrives at the Gotham Independent Film Awards on Monday (November 29) at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.

The 24-year-old actress wore a Thom Browne suit paired with Salvatore Ferragamo pumps and Bulgari jewelry!

At the ceremony, Leight presented the first ever Fest Genius Audience Award with The Hurt Locker actor Anthony Mackie! The award was selected by public voting on Gotham’s website.

Here’s what the 24-year-old Country Strong actress had to share:

On the Chuck and Blair love affair: “I can really relate to it - not necessarily because it’s this dramatic, tumultuous relationship, but because the way they love each other is very real, and not for the sake of being dramatic. It’s actual love. There’s nobody for each other but them.”

On her former life as a partier: “We had craaaazy parties, we had DJ’s, bands, an ice luge, a fire twirler. One of my roommates burned off her bangs on the stove trying to light a cigarette. I mean, drinking is one thing - overdrinking is another. And drugs are something that I do not tolerate at all. You’d be surprised how many people do it. If you go out and you’re living the nightlife scene, that’s what people do.”

On the supposed rivalry with costar Blake Lively: “It’s unfortunate when women are pitted against each other, like with Sex and the City. People say, ‘They’re jealous of each other.’ Come on! They’re all rich, successful, great actresses.”

On her love life: “It’s wonderful to be in love. And it’s definitely wonderful to cuddle and have sex and get to experience life with somebody. But it’s OK if you don’t find him and you’re 24. You can find it someday.”

Leighton Meester attends the launch of Vera Wang’s new fragrance Lovestruck at the James Hotel on Wednesday (August 24) in the Soho neighborhood of New York City.

“Gettin ready for our #Lovestruck event tonight with @VeraWangGang! To join the party, follow @vwlovestruck,” the 25-year-old actress tweeted before the party.

Leighton was named the face of the fragrance late last year and appeared in a commercial for the brand released earlier this summer.

Leighton Meester Covers 'Marie Claire' April 2012

Leighton Meester is mellow in yellow on the cover of Marie Claire‘s April 2012 issue, on newsstands Tuesday (March 20).

Here’s what the 25-year-old actress, who wore Reed Krakoff on the cover, had to share:

On her family life growing up: “My family has a crazy history. Probably the craziest I’ve heard of….I look back now and I see it in a nice light. It wasn’t uncomplicated. But I played outside. I went to the beach. There were happy, fun times.”

On having “adult” concerns as a kid: “I couldn’t relate to kid stuff. ‘Jimmy doesn’t like me!’ Who cares? I was worried we didn’t have gas money or food. Those were my concerns.”

On relationships: “I never had a boyfriend until I was 18. It’s nice, I guess – when you like them. But it isn’t the most important thing. I’m not sure I ever want to get married. The only time a relationship is good is when you really love them. I don’t want to hang out with some guy I just like.”
