Unfassbar, aber anscheinend wahr, in 1 1/2 Monaten geht es schon wieder los.
“The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,” is scheduled to begin production on August 17th and film thru October 31st at Vancouver Film Studios."

Hab in einem Interwiev gesehen, wie Mike Netwon (weiß jetzt nicht wie er richtig heißt

gesagt hat, dass er denkt, die Dreharbeiten für "Breaking down" würden evtl. im Februar beginnen bzw. er hofft es.
Also wenn schon Rob und der es bestätigt haben, habe ich gute Hoffnungen, dass der vierte Teil verfilmt wird.

Nur weil SM BD für nicht verfilmbar hält, heißt das doch nicht, dass Summit das ebenso tut. NM und Eclipse werden wie Twilight mächtig Kohle machen, und darauf kommt es an. Genauso, wie sie keinen Wert drauf gelegt wurde, dass aus dem Film was ordentlich wird, scheren sie sich auch nicht drum, ob
nun realistisch aussieht oder nicht. Würde mir da also wirklich keine Sorgen wegen machen... den Film wird es geben.

Ich habs aber überhaupt nicht mehr auf dem Schirm bei all´den Monaten und all´den News.
Hat Stephenie denn definitiv alle Rechte am letzten Buch verkauft, so das Summit verfilmen kann was immer sie wollen ( also in Bezug auf glaubhafte Optik etc.), egal wie Stephenie das findet?
Soweit ich mich erinnere war Robs Aussage er hat für den letzten Teil schon unterschrieben wasserdicht, oder täusche ich mich?

Hmmm also ich weiß nicht so recht.
Den hab ich mir eigentlich irgendwie ganz anders vorgestellt. Blond und nicht so weiche Gesichtszüge. Aber na ja erst mal sehen, was die Maskenbildner so aus ihm machen werden.

Ich finds auch ne erstaunlich gelungene Wahl.
Ich bin immer wieder beruhigt wenn Schauspieler für "Twilight" besetzt werden, die man nicht so kennt.

Ich mag´s weil sie dann noch nicht mit einer Vorstellung von einer anderen Rolle oder bestimmten Charaktervorstellungen die man hat"verdorben" sind, so wie es bei jemandem wäre der super bekannt ist und dort mitspielen würde.

Erst einmal sagte Melissa Rosenberg die Drehbuchautorin, das Drehbuch für "Eclipse" sei das bislang schwierigste gewesen ( Breaking dawn wird das sicher toppen!)
Q: Even though there’s been a 4th book, does that make writing the 3rd one easier since so many things get resolved from the 2nd?
You know ['Eclipse'] was hard. The 3rd one was actually one of the hardest of the three for me to write. You read the book it’s got a good deal of action and stuff and you think ‘Oh this is going to be the easy one’ and it turns out it’s not the easy one. It’s actually the hardest of all, and I was really tired, you know?
So, I had to just gear up again. But once I got into it, it founded. Finding it was the hardest part—just finding how to tell that story. As it turns out, a lot of the action is the last chunk. There’s not actually as much that goes on in the front. The front is the setup for that and in a book you can keep the forward momentum going because you’re inside a character’s head. So the book never makes you feel that way.
What was fun about doing ‘Eclipse’ is that Stephenie [or] any writer when they’re creating a world as Stephenie has created, she has to know where all the parts are going. The book is entirely from Bella’s point of view, but she has to know, as a writer, what all these other characters are doing so that when they land in Bella’s world where they come from, you know? So she has a very, very complex detailed mythology, which anyone who knows the ‘Twilight’ world knows [is] very detailed which is why this is such a great world to play around in. With any Sci-Fi fantasy storytelling you must have the rules be very clear otherwise you lose people.
‘O.K., like they can fly but then they can’t fly’ or they do this, but not that. But her rules are very, very distinct [and] within that there are just miles of playground, you know? So in knowing that I needed to bring some of that stuff from the back end up forward and track what the other characters are doing, it was just like I I guess what in DVD they call Easter Eggs, you know? I think it’s going to be some Easter Eggs in ‘Eclipse’ for fans [in that] some of the mythology that Stephanie has written about in other places might show up here. Because you get to do that in a movie, you know? You can’t do that in a book when it’s all one person’s point of view. And yet it’s still very much the book. I mean, that is something that was something from the very beginning with “Twilight” it was about. Stephanie’s one thing was ‘do the book. Adapt the book.’ And that was the only thing I wanted to do anyway.

Für mich persönlich ging es immer um Landschaft im Wald und in den Bergen.

Ja ihr erinnert euch richtig Eclipse ist der Film in dem Victoria als Feind von Edward und Bella die Hauptrolle überhaupt spielt und genau da wird die Victoria nicht mehr die sein die wir seit zwei Filmen kennen.

Actress, Rachelle Lefevre, who portrayed the character in TWILIGHT as well as the upcoming release of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, will not continue in the role due to scheduling conflicts with another commitment the actor has made. Ich hab mir jetzt den langen Text nicht durchgelesen, aber wird da auch ein Grund erwähnt?
Ich versteh sowas einfach nicht. Es gibt nichts, das ich mehr hasse, als wenn ein Schauspieler von einem anderen für die selbe Figur ersetzt wird. Ich dachte immer, Rachelle ist total gern bei diesen Filmen dabei, dieses Eindruck hatte ich jedenfalls bei jedem ihrer öffentlichen Auftritte.
Aber sieht man Rachelle in NM überhaupt? Weil im Buch kommt sie ja nicht vor!

Von BDH bin ich jetzt nicht so begeistert muss ich sagen. Howard hat für mich einfach einen unheimlich niedlichen Touch. Ich kann sie mir gar nicht vorstellen in so einer bösen, wilden Rolle wie Victoria...

Wie zu erwarten war, kommen nun die unschönen Details über Rachelles Neubesetzung ans Licht.
Es scheint etwas dran zu sein an dem Gerücht man habe Rachelle aus Kostengründen rausgeworfen, da es wohl teurer gewesen wäre auf ihre Termine Rücksicht zu nehmen und den Drehplan entsprechend zu legen. Wirklich unfassbar!
Wegen lächerlicher zehn Tage, an denen sie nicht zur Verfügung stehen kann.
Access Hollywood is now reporting that Rachelle Lefevre was “shocked” and “stunned” by what has happened -
“I was stunned by Summit’s decision to recast the role of Victoria for ‘Eclipse,’” Rachelle said in a statement to Access Hollywood.
On Tuesday, Summit announced that Bryce Dallas Howard would be taking on the role in “Eclipse,” due in May 2010.
“I was fully committed to the ‘Twilight’ saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria,” Rachelle continued, explaining the turn of events that led to the casting change. “I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules. My commitment to ‘Barney’s Version’ is only ten days. Summit picked up my option for ‘Eclipse.’ Although the production schedule for ‘Eclipse’ is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those ten days and would not accommodate me. Given the length of filming for ‘Eclipse,’ never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap. I was happy with my contract with Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it. Summit chose simply to recast the part.”
The star concluded her statement with a regretful tone.
“I am greatly saddened that I will not get to complete my portrayal of Victoria for the ‘Twilight’ audience. This is a story, a theatrical journey and a character that I truly love and about which I am very passionate. I will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty I’ve received since being cast for this role, and I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me. I wish the cast and crew of ‘Eclipse’ only the very best,” she said.

Meiner Meinung nach liegt die Schuld, wenn es so ist wie Summit veröffentlich eindeutig bei Rachelle.
Drehzusagen sind nun mal keine Kinoverabredungen die man kurzfristig über den Haufen werfen kann, sie sind mit extrem hohen Kosten und grossen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden. Da ist es extrem naiv das Rachelle Entgegenkommen erwartet, falls sie tatsächlich für "Barney´s Vision" zugesagt hat, nachdem der Drehplan für "Eclipse" stand.

Meiner Meinung nach liegt die Schuld, wenn es so ist wie Summit veröffentlich eindeutig bei Rachelle.
Drehzusagen sind nun mal keine Kinoverabredungen die man kurzfristig über den Haufen werfen kann, sie sind mit extrem hohen Kosten und grossen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden. Da ist es extrem naiv das Rachelle Entgegenkommen erwartet, falls sie tatsächlich für "Barney´s Vision" zugesagt hat, nachdem der Drehplan für "Eclipse" stand.
