Soweit ich mich erinnere, bringen die nur 3 neue Folgen pro Woche, d.h. 2 werden unter den Tisch gekehrt. Hoffen wir mal, dass das nicht auf die Folge mit Lauren zutrifft

Allerdings hoff ich das. Ja irgendwie ist das komisch mit dem Sendeplan. Aber ich werd das rausfinden, steht ja dann immer im Videotext.

stattdessen läuft bei mir Terranova, ein Sender, der sich hauptsächlich mit Tier-Reportagen befasst.

Terranova hab ich auch(spannender Sender ), aber Gott sei dank nicht auf Kosten von CNBC.

Dann bleibt also nur hoffen, dass sie Lauren nicht rausschmeißen, ist nämlich irgendwie cool sie auch mal bei einer Talkshow im TV zu sehen und nicht nur über den PC.

Nein, das kommt ganz sicher nicht am 22.06. auf CNBC Europe, die zeigen Conan nur zweimal die Woche jeweils am Wochenende. Die Chancen, dass sie ausgerechnet Laurens Show bringen sind daher eher gering.

Ich hab am Wochenende den Trailer im Kino gesehen und ich war so entsetzt. Ich hatte zumindest ein bisschen gehofft, dass der Film unterhaltsam sein könnte, aber meine Mundwinkel haben sich nicht mal ein kleines bisschen zu einem Schmunzeln überreden lassen. So sehr ich Lauren auch mag, den Film kann ich mir wohl doch nicht antun. :seufz:

Was? Ich lache mich schon bei den paar Szenen, die ich bisher gesehen habe, kringelig. Okay, das ist Geschmackssache, aber ich freue mich tierisch auf den Film. Aber leider wird´s hier wohl eher kein Kino geben, das den im Original zeigt. Also freue ich mich noch mehr auf die DVD, die ich mir irgendwann kaufen werde.

Mir gruselt es richtig davor, mir den Film in deutscher Fassung anzusehen. Aber ich gehe nicht davon aus, ein Kino zu finden, das ihn im Original zeigt. Es ist schon schwer genug eins zu finden, wo Shrek in englisch läuft.

FIRST QUESTION FOR LAUREN -= you switched from the comedy category to drama at the emmys. WHY SWITCH FROM COMEDY TO DRAMA?

LG: None of that was ever my decision. It is up tp the producers. Different producer this year so different category.The only awards success the show had was in the beginning in drama so maybe that was why

Tom O'Neil:
Do you have a personal opinion about whether the show belongs in comedy or drama?

LG: I have agonized over where it belongs but I think there is an argument either way. My favorite episode of the year. Michel's dog funeral. Written by Jennie Snyder. Funny in the beginning, dramatic at the end. That is the show at its best I think.

Tom O'Neil:
Did you have another one that came close in terms of being so good? Or was this an easy choice to make?

LG: It was easy. I dont think we had shot that singing episode yet. I am a huge Jennie Snyder fan. Great person, very talented.

Bug:
Do you feel that the Lorelai/Christopher/Luke triangle could have been played better and less "obvious choice?" The inevitable break up between Lorelai and Christopher seemed to taint the early episodes.

LG: I felt the L and C stuff moved a little quickly. They get married in France and divorce minutes later. Tough to justify.

Lauren -- if you could change anything about the series finale what would you have done? Or was it a good ending?

LG: Mixed feelings about the end. I wanted it to be the most amazing episode ever. That is too much
pressure for anything to bear. I actually havent seen it yet.

LG: This is moving so fast I cant see all the questions. I am having an anxiety attack.


ijustdontseeit: could you tell us a bit of what specific changes you asked for in the finale script?

LG: The finale was a little lighter, more plot driven. I wanted it to be more emotional with a little moment
for everyone. I mean in the original version. I thought it got better with the rewrites.


K-Dogg: can you talk about EVAN ALMIGHTY, LAUREN?!

LG: I play the straight man in EVAN. Dramatic part.

K-Dogg: hows it working with steve carell?
LG: Steve very funny and nice. Premiere very fun. My Godson asked me what animal I was playing in the movie. He is 5.

Robert Licuria: Any long-time friendships formed from the show?
LG: Kelly B probably person I see most outside of work

That chemistry/tension seemed to be a bit lacking and certainly missed.
LG: I think this was a tough season but everyone did their best. More Luke Lorelai could have been a good

Ich freu mich für dich. Und nebenbei bemerkt war das ein klasse Chat mit wirklich guten Fragen und vor allen Dingen wirklich guten Antworten. Ich fand ihre kurzen, knackigen Antworten lustig. Eigentlich waren fast alle Antworten lustig. Ich kann mir richtig vorstellen, wie sie im "Zwei-Finger-Such-System" über die Tastatur gedonnert ist, um all die Fragen zu beantworten. Super finde ich ihre Antwort auf die Frage, warum es keine DVD-Extras (Audiokommentare) gibt: Weil sie kein extra Geld dafür bekommen. Endlich ist das mal geklärt. Vielleicht können die Fans ja sammeln, damit sie wenigstens eine Folge der 7. Staffel kommentieren - wie hoch wohl der Stundenlohn ist?

Du hast Deine Hände aber auch überall im Spiel. Find ich natürlich gut, sonst wären wir hier um etliche Infos ärmer.

Hab das Transcript mal überflogen und fand gut, dass die Fragen queer Beet waren und Lauren recht offen antwortete (z. B. DVD-Extras).
Am besten fand ich aber die Aussagen, dass sie einen neuen Film dreht und 2 weitere Folgen. Das heißt für uns:

1. Lauren bleibt präsent und wir Fans müssen nicht an Lauren-Entzugserscheinungen leiden
2. Es widerlegt die Voraussage derer, die sie nach GG schon in der Versenkung verschwinden sahen
