Star Wars, Indiana Jones und Der Pate... Da müssen wohl hauptsächlich Männer nach ihrem Lieblingsfilm gefragt worden sein.
Kann in solchen Listen nicht mal sowas wie

Filme, die meiner Ansicht nach nicht in die Liste gehören, ist mir jetzt zu müßig, aber was IMO fehlt:

Mary Poppins (generell: Musikfilme! Wo bleiben West Side Story, Hair, Once, Control & Co. ?!?)

Also 500 Filme sind mir jetzt erstmal zu viele, um zu überblicken welche reingehören und welche nicht, bzw. welche fehlen.
Prinzipiell sind mir z.B. alle "Herr der Ringe"-Filme zu weit vorne, sie gehören schon in die Top 100, aber doch nicht alle 3 so weit vorne.

Mit "The Godfather" auf der 1 gehe ich absolut mit, aber "Indiana Jones" schon auf der 2? Zu "Star Wars: Das Imperium schlägt zurück" auf der 3 könnte ich mich ja noch überreden lassen. Ich mag ja beide Filme sehr gerne, aber sie wären für mich definitiv nicht in den Top 10. "Apocalypse Now" gehört jedenfalls für mich definitiv noch vor diese Filme, aber mit Abstand. Über "Fight Club" auf der 10 freue ich mich sehr, wird aber ein wenig davon geschmälert, dass "Pulp Fiction" auf der 9 landet. Die Plätze 11 bis 19 gehen in Ordnung, außer vielleicht "The Dark Knight" (den ich zwar noch nicht gesehen habe), aber mMn könnten Filme die so weit vorne landen sich doch lieber ein bischen länger bewehrt haben, da ist mir jetzt vielleicht noch zu viel Hype dabei. Aber OK.
"Blade Runner" gehört nicht auf die 20, guter Film, zweifellos, aber dann doch zuwenig zeitlos, der wirkt heute nicht mehr so wie damals.

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es auch so, dass ich alle Filme, die ich als sehr gut in Erinnerung habe, gefunden habe, und die Platzierung ist bei den meisten eh nicht so wichtig.

Prinipiell sind einige Filme dabei, die mMn da nichts zu suchen haben, und einige sind falsch platziert, und viele davon muss ich erst noch sehen.

"Transformers" auf 309 bzw. überhaupt dabei?
"Citizen Kane" ist mir zu weit hinten. "Shichinin no samurai" auch. "The Godfather" auf 1 geht natürlich in Ordnung, "Indiana Jones" auf 2 eher weniger. Den hätte ich mir frühestens ab Platz 10 gewünscht. Ebenso für "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy". Den finde ich zwar auch extrem lustig, aber vor "Unforgiven", "Seven" oder "Amadeus" hat der nix verloren. "School Of Rock" ist jetzt zwar im Gegensatz zu "Transformers" ein Meisterwerk, hat in der Liste aber auch nichts zu suchen. "The Departed" anstatt "Infernal Affairs"? Also bitte...Die Erwähnung von "Clerks" freut mich, sehr geiler Film, aber "300"? Hallo???
Raus mit "The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford". War ja ganz nett, aber mit zu vielen Längen, um hier aufzutauchen. "Superman Returns" bitte auch raus. "Before Sunrise" mit dabei, fein fein. "Mystic River" hätte ich gern in der Liste gesehen.

Sind ja erstaunlich viele wirklich gute Filme in den Top 500. Gibt sicherlich noch unzählige Filme, die mir in der Aufzählung fehlen, aber bei so einer ellenlangen Liste fehlt da auch schlichtweg der richtige Überblick.

Are they fucking kidding me?! Auch die Reihenfolge einiger anderer Filme halte ich für ziemlich fragwürdig ...

Und ich halte auch das Inkludieren von "Departed" aber das Herauslassen von "Infernal Affairs" für ein deutliches Zeichen für die Voreingenommenheit der Bewerter. Hollywood blendet halt auch den gemeinen Schreiberling und hervorragendes Kino aus Asien oder Europa fällt - wenn es nicht grad zufällig auch im Westen gepusht wurde wie Tiger & Dragon - unter den Tisch ...

Also für mich gibt es einen Film, der in dieser Liste sowas von gar nichts zu suchen hat....und zwar "The Fountain" mit Hugh Jackman und Rcahel Weisz. Das ist in meinen Augen der schlechteste und langweiligste Film aller Zeiten!!!

Aber ich hätte mir noch gewünscht "Pearl Herbor" und vllt. "Armageddon", "Final Destination", "Final Fantasy", "From Dusk till dawn", "Tuck Everlasting" "Dance" oder einige andere sehr, sehr gute Filme....

Naja...die Liste ist in Ordnung, aber es fehlen viiiiiieeeeeeel zu viele gute Filme!

mir kommt die liste auch eher fragwürdig vor.
mir gefällts mal garnicht, das titanic auf platz 336 ist, find ich schon sehr weit hinten.
ebenso schweigen der lämmer auf 124. naja ok , des geht aber ich kenne votings wo er weitaus weiter von steht (TV Spielfilm)
mir kommt die list auch männerdominierend vor, ich mag mich täuschen aber ich kenne viele garnicht;) bzw habe sie nicht gesehen aufgrund mangelnder interesse

Ich muss gestehen dass "The Godfather" auf Platz 1 steht find ich nicht überraschend, aber leider - natürlich total subjektiv - total unpassend.
Ebenso das "Fight Club" auf Platz 10 ist erscheint - wieder total subjektiv - mir sehr fragwürdig. Ich mag diesen Film nicht, aber ich glaube auch generell gibt es Filme die es mehr verdient hätten vorne zu sein. "Blade Runner" gehört auch nach vorne, ist nicht schlecht der Film aber generell gehört er meiner Meinung weiter nach hinte, zumal ist der damals nicht ziemlich stark im Kino gepflopt und erst auf DVD so "groß" raus gekommen?
Erfreulich das Donnie Darko so weit vorne in der Liste ist, hätte ich nicht angenommen. Generell kann man aber schon sagen das ein großteil - so wie ich das momentan überblicke - von meinen Lieblingsfilmen vertreten ist. Scheint mir aber so als seie die Reihenfolge komplett willkürlich gewählt worden.

Edit: Was mir auch noch aufgefallen ist. Oceans Eleven ist hinter Saw? Also ehrlich, wie kann man nur! Aber sehen wir es einfach mal so man kann eigentlich diese 500. Filme nicht miteinander Vergleichen in ihrer Wetigkeit. Jedes hat ein anderes Präferenzempfinden, oder nicht?
